WorkCover is changing yet again. The Return to Work Act (the new name for the WorkCover Act) will be taking effect from 1 July 2015.
The new WorkCover Act will apply to people injured both before and after 1 July 2015.
If you are currently on WorkCover, the chances are that you have already been subject to a review of your weekly payments. If so, you should seek immediate advice. If not, you should still seek advice regarding your entitlements under the new WorkCover Act.
