Peter Moloney LLB

Peter has nearly 40 years’ experience in a wide range of legal matters. Having started Moloney and Partners 30 years ago, he is proud that every one of the solicitors employed by the firm started their career here – a rarity in legal practice. Peter has a particular interest in Serious Injury Claims and all aspects of Employment Law. He is one of Adelaide’s few lawyers specialising in Public Sector Code of Conduct matters (at a Federal, State and Local Government level).
Outside of the law, Peter enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising (walking & swimming), reading (current affairs & books) and listening to music (all types). He has previously served on the Board of a community hospital for 30 years, 10 of those as Chairperson.
Guy Maegraith LLB

Ian likes to work off his daily iced coffee with a lunch time run and a daily cycle commute. A veteran of over 250 amateur football league games for his beloved Walkerville Cats, Ian otherwise now keeps in shape by keeping up with his energetic wife and their three young children.
