Peter has nearly 40 years’ experience in a wide range of legal matters. Having started Moloney and Partners 30 years ago, he is proud that every one of the solicitors employed by the firm started their career here – a rarity in legal practice. Peter has a particular interest in Serious Injury Claims and all aspects of Employment Law. He is one of Adelaide’s few lawyers specialising in Public Sector Code of Conduct matters (at a Federal, State and Local Government level).

Outside of the law, Peter enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising (walking & swimming), reading (current affairs & books) and listening to music (all types). He has previously served on the Board of a community hospital for 30 years, 10 of those as Chairperson.

In his spare time (that he has none of) Guy enjoys ferrying his boys to and from sporting commitments, swimming and otherwise enjoying the company of his wife, sons, wider family and friends. And last but not least, sailing.

Ian likes to work off his daily iced coffee with a lunch time run and a daily cycle commute. A veteran of over 250 amateur football league games for his beloved Walkerville Cats, Ian otherwise now keeps in shape by keeping up with his energetic wife and their three young children.

Those who know Nishara would say that her passion for the law is rivalled only by her fervour for fashion designing. In her spare time, you will find her enthusiastically designing clothes. Nishara otherwise spends the remainder of her free time socialising, listening to music, doing cardio and preparing various healthy meals. She is also fluent in Sinhalese.
